1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. What StockKit.ai Provides

The Service includes:

• Real-time and historical RSI-based stock alert signals for educational purposes
• Performance and backtesting tools showing simulated historical results
• Market data including analyst ratings, price targets, and news sentiment (Pro tier)
• A community dashboard and chat for discussing trading ideas

Simulated backtest results and performance figures reflect historical data under specific parameters and do not represent real money returns. Actual trading results will differ.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at james@stockkit.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro at $19.99/month, Premium at $79.99/month, Elite at $199.99/month) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize StockKit.ai to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. Contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

5. Free Tier

The Free tier provides access to real-time buy and sell alerts, all three strategy channels (Ram Jet, Rocket Fuel, Nitro), the performance dashboard, and community chat — free forever, with no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify free tier features with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Use alerts or data to engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activity
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute alert data or platform content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring systems, design, and code on StockKit.ai are the exclusive property of StockKit.ai. The Rockkit Rating system, alert methodologies, and universe selection criteria are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Market Data Accuracy

Market data, analyst ratings, price targets, and news sentiment are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or timeliness of this data. Do not rely solely on StockKit.ai data when making investment decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that alerts will be accurate, timely, or profitable. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockKit.ai's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
